The Seneca County grand jury has indicted a man charged in a child pornography case. 58-year-old Charles O’Neill faces two counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor and two counts of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor.

Fostoria Police arrested O’Neill on February 22 at his home in Fostoria.
