Things are getting closer to normal at two Findlay restaurants damaged by Sunday’s severe weather. GER Mongolian Grill and Ralphie’s on Trenton Avenue reopened their doors Thursday, despite some noticeable temporary changes. For instance, GER has plywood up where the windows were. The business had a sense of humor about the situation, posting “Please excuse the temporary wood-instead-of-windows situation” on their Facebook page.
Ralphie’s was able to reopen at 4 p.m. Thursday. Management wanted to make sure they were open in time for the Thursday night football game. Straight line winds ripped the facade off the front of the business Sunday.
