(ONN) – We’re hearing from Ohio Governor Mike DeWine after President Trump’s recent decision to send troops to Memphis.

ONN political reporter Doug Petcash says the governor does not anticipate sending Ohio troops anywhere else related to crime patrols.

He emphasized the 150 national guardsmen and women are on a limited engagement in DC standing guard over buildings and doing some patrols.

The 150 Ohio National Guard members will continue on their mission in DC until November 30th.
