A Bettsville councilman is facing a public indecency charge. The Courier reports Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 61-year-old Stan Poe around 5:15 p.m. Friday. The Sheriff’s Office says a neighbor told them Poe was naked in his yard.

Poe denied the allegations in a letter written to the Review-Times.
