Hancock County Veteran Services Office gave an update to the Republican First Friday Luncheon today. Executive director Nichole Coleman said they’ve made real efforts to reach out to veterans…
Coleman said that these efforts have quadrupled the number of veterans serviced.
She added that they have been getting a lot of money for veterans.
Coleman explained that for every dollar they spend they get $31 of federal money back. This money will be used to help pay for the service a veteran needs in our local area.
