A Sunday night crash in Seneca County injured a Risingsun teenager. The State Highway Patrol says 16-year-old Madelyn Matz was driving west on Jackson Township Road around 10:30 p.m. when she lost control. Her car went into a ditch, hit a road sign, and overturned before coming to a stop in a cornfield.

Matz went to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital for treatment of non-incapacitating injuries.

Troopers cited Matz for operating a vehicle without reasonable control.
