The Findlay-Hancock County Community Foundation is pleased to welcome a new slate of officers to lead the organization in 2025 and several new committee members. The officers are John Livingston, chairperson; Kelly Shroll, vice chairperson; Beverly Dowling, treasurer; and Alissa Preston, secretary.
“I am truly honored to step into the role of Chairperson alongside such a dedicated group of leaders,” said John Livingston, Foundation Board Chair. “As we look ahead to 2025, I’m confident that with the diverse talents and deep community roots of our board, we’ll continue to make a meaningful and lasting impact right here in Findlay and Hancock County.”
Other members of the Foundation Board of Trustees include Bill Conlisk, Frank Cosiano, Ginger Jones, Patty Lucas, Ed Reading, Christina Rodriguez, Rod Walton and Chris Ward.
Additionally, the Foundation welcomes new committee members: Lisa Amstutz, Casey Klein and Paul Sears are members of the Finance and Investment Committee, and Dylan Krendl and Logan Metzger joined the Hancock Properties Foundation Board to oversee The Family Center and other properties related to the Foundation.
“Our foundation is built on the strength of our community, and we are so pleased to have new committee members join our efforts, as well as continue building on the vision of our current board members,” said Brian Treece, Foundation President & CEO. “The addition of Lisa, Casey, Paul, Dylan and Logan brings fresh energy and expertise to critical areas like finance and property oversight. Their involvement is vital as we continue to grow and serve the needs of our neighbors.”
