Cleveland quarterback Deshaun Watson is set to miss key games early on in the Browns’ schedule.
Watson was suspended six games by the league’s Disciplinary Officer for multiple cases of alleged sexual misconduct with massage therapists during appointments spanning from 2019 to 2021.
The Browns QB will miss the chance to play against one of the team’s rivals in Cleveland when the Pittsburgh Steelers come to town during week three.
Watson will also miss games against the Los Angeles Chargers and the New England Patriots before being able to return during week seven against the Baltimore Ravens.
He was traded to the Browns from the Houston Texans and was signed to a massive contract extension earlier this year.
