Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost says his office is filing charges against a Chagrin Falls man for hoarding medical equipment and then selling it online at a huge markup.
Yost said Mario F. Salwan is accused of selling N95 masks on eBay for nearly 18 times their retail price.
The attorney general said Salwan and unnamed co-conspirators operated an online store where they also price gouged on hand sanitizer and toilet paper.
Yost said his office would continue to take action against anyone in Ohio who tries to take advantage of the public during the pandemic.
