A man’s car came to rest in a cemetery during a crash west of Findlay.
The crash happened at around 7:15 Monday night at County Road 86 and State Route 12 in Liberty Township.
The Hancock County Sheriff’s Office says Christopher Schreiber, 22, of Ottawa, was driving east on County Road 86 when he failed to negotiate the sharp turn approaching State Route 12.
His car went through a guard rail and flipped onto its side, coming to rest in the small cemetery at that location.
The cemetery sign, tombstones and other property was damaged.
Schreiber was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital for his injuries.
The sheriff’s office issued him a citation for failure to control.
