The Hancock County Sheriff’s Office says two people were injured when their vehicle was rear-ended.

The crash happened at around 4:20 Wednesday afternoon at County Road 180 and State Route 568, just east of Findlay.

The sheriff’s office says Tony Crowe, 57, of Dunkirk, was stopped at the light northbound on County Road 180 at State Route 568 when he was rear-ended by Justyn Scott, 18, of Wharton.

The impact then pushed Crowe’s vehicle into a third vehicle.

Crowe and one of his passengers, Trina Crowe, 39, of Dunkirk, were taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital for their injuries.

The sheriff’s office issued Scott a citation for causing the crash.
