The Heartland Board of Realtors in Findlay, the Toledo Regional Association of Realtors, and the Northwestern Board of Realtors merged together to form Northwest Ohio Realtors.

Megan Foos out of Toledo said that this helps bring extra resources to the realtors in the region.

This includes a government affairs specialist and has access to a better listing service and housing reports.

Foos added that the move boosts the voice realtors from northwest Ohio have.

The merger allows all three groups to take advantage of a larger team and staff which includes a government affairs specialist.
