Organizers are hoping to raise a lot of money for Flag City Honor Flight at an upcoming event.
Susan Ross-Wells with the accounting firm Gilmore Jasion Mahler says previous fundraisers were so successful that Flag City Honor Flight is now able to do two flights a year and she wants to keep that up.
“We really want to help them keep with those two flights, because the need is there, the families want to go, the veterans want to go and we want to help get them there.”
She says Wanderlust 2019, A Night In Casablanca will transport people back to Bogey and Bergman’s Casablanca.
“We hope you grab your fedora and trench coat and help raise money to send our veterans to Washington, D.C.”
The fundraiser will be held at the Marathon Center For The Performing Arts on Friday, November 1st.
Tickets are $70. Get more details here.
