The developer looking at the former site of the Argyle building is no longer interested in buying a city-owned parking lot. Findlay City Council removed the legislation to sell the parking lot from their agenda last night. The parking lot in question was the city’s West Hardin Street parking by The Wine Merchant. Council had estimated the lot to be around $180,000. They made an offer to Youngpeter but the asking amount has not been made public.
