Two Wood County men are facing charges after they allegedly used racial slurs and then attacked two customers at the Waffle House in Bowling Green last month. Media partner WTOL 11 reports the incident happened on March 31 around 3:30 a.m.
The Bowling Green police department says 22-year-old Jacob Dick of North Baltimore and 21-year-old Zachary Keller of Custar started making racial comments when the victims walked into the restaurant. The men then allegedly attacked the victims after they paid for their meal.
The victims received treatment for various injuries.
Dick and Keller both face charges of felonious assault and ethnic intimidation.
