A train hit a car in Findlay Sunday night. The Findlay Police Department reports the collision happened in the 300 block of Walnut Street around 9:30 p.m.

Investigators say Chastity Griffin was trying to backup behind a business in the area when she got stuck on the tracks. She got out of the car, where a northbound CSX train hit the vehicle.

Officers arrested Griffin on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. The crash closed rail crossings from East Sandusky to George Street while the investigation took place.
