A two-car crash injured two people in Findlay over the weekend. The Findlay Police Department says the collision happened at the intersection of Sixth Street and Washington Avenue just before 6 p.m. Saturday.
26-year-old Zachary Southward of Findlay was driving a van north on Washington when he failed to stop at a stop sign and pulled into the path of a pickup truck driven by 46-year-old Brian Tennison of Findlay. The crash caused Tennison’s truck to hit a utility pole.
Hanco EMS took Southward and a passenger in Tennison’s truck to Blanchard Valley Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Officers cited Southward for failure to stop at a stop sign and for driving under suspension.
