More Hancock County residents are taking advantage of early voting for a midterm election than ever before. Through Friday morning more than 5,800 people had voted early in Hancock County. That’s a 27 percent increase from the 2014 midterm election.
Voting early is proving popular throughout Ohio. Through the end of October, more than 477,000 people had cast a vote. That represents at 17 percent increase over 2014.
Early in-person voting ends today. You can cast a ballot at the Hancock County Board of Elections between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.
