Two West Virginia women are in jail in Hancock County following a drug bust on U.S. 68 in Findlay Thursday. The State Highway Patrol reports troopers found around 400 grams of heroin during a search of the car. The Patrol says the value of the drugs was nearly $70,000.
27-year-old Shaquana Carter and 28-year-old Dawnsha Hughes both face possession of heroin charges.
Troopers pulled over the women around 2:45 a.m. for a marked lanes violation. They called in Hancock County K-9 Officer Sonny, who alerted to the drugs in the van.
