10/23/18 – 5:23 A.M.
South Main Street in Findlay is the place to be tonight. The 2018 Findlay-Hancock County Halloween Parade starts at 7 p.m. For the second year in a row, it will take place south of the downtown area, rather than in downtown. The route takes the parade up Main Street between Sixth Street and Lima Avenue.
The parade moved to a new route last year to avoid the construction zone in downtown. Laurie Poland works registration for the parade. She says the new route worked well for everyone last year.
The Hancock Leadership Alumni Association sponsors the parade. It typically lasts a little more than 2 hours.
