The investigation continues into a Fostoria burglary today. A post on the Fostoria Police Department’s Facebook page says officers arrested two Toledo men after they allegedly attempted to rob people at gunpoint Monday night.
One of the victims escaped the home at 711 North Poplar Street and called the police from a neighbor’s home. Officers found several people inside and outside the house when they arrived. They arrested 25-year-old Dorian Williams and 24-year-old Dashaun Armstrong at the house.
Witness statements say Williams and Armstrong forced a victim to take them into the home. Once inside they tried to take items from the victims. They were still in the home when police arrived. Both men face aggravated burglary charges.
