ODOT reports that there are a lot of changes coming to the I-75 widening project through Findlay over the next few weeks. During nighttime hours, the interstate will be restricted to one lane in both directions from Harrison Street to County Road 99. All of the exit and entrance ramps will be maintained during the project, except during the reconstruction of the northbound ramps at the State Route 12 and U.S. 224 interchanges.
The northbound ramps to and from U.S. 224 will be closed in early July. The entrance ramps will be closed for about 30 days. the exit ramps will close for about 60 days.
The State Route 12 ramp closures are expected to happen in September.
U.S. 68/State Route 15 is reduced to one lane in both directions between Lima Avenue and the City of Findlay. Crews are working on drainage and road reconstruction. That work will last throughout the summer. The ramp from U.S. 68 to I-75 will close on July 10 for the setting of bridge beams.
Lima Avenue will also see some changes due to the project. ODOT will close the road for about a year starting in mid-July for work on a roundabout.
