A Michigan man is facing charges stemming from the robbery of the Tiffin Avenue Kroger pharmacy in January. The Hancock County grand jury indicted 24-year-old Deaire Brown of Detroit on a robbery charge Tuesday.

Investigators say Brown is one of two men who jumped the pharmacy counter and took several bottles of prescription medications around 12:50 p.m. on January 28.
