It looks like a $1.2 million speculative building in Fostoria has attracted a tenant. The Review-Times reports FleetOhio Industrial Renovations has bought the 40,000 square-foot property on U.S. 23. Zoning Inspector Sandy Coleman tells the newspaper the company has also bought a plot of land next to the facility. Coleman says FleetOhio plans to build a 3,200 square-foot addition for office space.
The Community Improvement Corporation used a $1.2 million loan from the city’s Revolving Loan Fund last year to construct the building. It’s essentially a shell of a building to allow a tenant to customize it to their needs.
